Registration period

Online registration: Until 05 November at 23:59 CEST

Onsite registration: 08 November from 10:00 CEST

Payment

Registration will only be confirmed upon receipt of full payment.

All payments should be made in Australian Dollars (AUD or AUD$) and should be processed through:

  • Bank Transfer: Payments by bank transfer should be completed within ten (10) working days after registration. Registration will be confirmed when pending payment is received. Bank transfer will be accepted only until 23 October 2026.
    From 24 October 2026 credit card payments will be accepted. All bank charges must be borne by the ordering customer.
  • Credit card: Online payment by credit card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express etc.). Online payment by credit card incurs a surcharge of AUD 163.00. This fee will be added to the total amount and will need to be paid by the participant/group leader.
    This fee is non-refundable.
  • Onsite: Payment in cash is not possible onsite. The payment must be made by Credit Card.

Cancellation policy for registration

Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to the WLS 2026 event organizer at wls@world-lotteries.org.

Cancellations for registration notified before the end of business hours CEST (17:00 CEST) on 23 October 2026 will receive a full refund minus an administration charge of AUD 85.00 and bank or credit card charges.

Cancellations for registration received after the end of business hours CEST (17:00 CEST) on 23 October 2026, will not receive a refund.
