Registration period
Registration for the Trade Show is open until August 16, 2026.
Payment
All payments should be made in Australian Dollars (AUD or AUD$) and should beprocessed through Bank Transfer. Payments by bank transfer should be completedwithin ten (10) working days after registration. Registration will be confirmed whenpending payment is received. Bank transfer will be accepted only until 31 August 2026.
Cancellation policy
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to the WLS 2026 eventorganizer at wlsbooth@world-lotteries.org.
Cancellations for Trade show registration notified before the end of business hours CEST (17:00 CEST) on August 16, 2026 will receive a 50% refund of the amount paid.
Cancellations for Trade show registrations notified after the end of business hours CEST (17:00 CEST) on August 16, 2026 will not receive a refund.
Associate Member & Non Associate Member
The registration fee includes the space area as well as a Standard Booth Package,which comes with a pre-defined stand, electricity, lighting, and furniture. Customizationsare available upon request through our exclusive Trade Show Management company.
