Updates on registration

Bank transfer – as a mean of payment – : will only be accepted till September 30, 2020.

From October 1 until October 23 only credit card payments will be accepted.

From October 5, online registration portal will be closed. However people may register onsite with credit card payment.

Full conference delegates

Registered WLA lottery members, WLA associate members, non-member lotteries, and non-member suppliers are considered full conference delegates and will be entitled to:

  • Admission to keynote addresses and opening dinner on Monday, October 26, 2020
  • Access to all sessions
  • Access to the trade show
  • Lunch and coffee breaks throughout the summit
  • Admission to the closing dinner on Thursday, October 29, 2020
  • Convention documentation

Day pass

Day pass holders will be entitled to:

  • Access to the sessions on the day that the pass is valid
  • Lunch and coffee breaks on the day that the pass is valid
  • Convention documentation

If the Day Pass is for the closing day of WLS 2020 on October 29, 2020 admission to closing dinner can be purchased separately at the cost of USD 150.

Accompanying persons

An accompanying person must be associated with a full conference delegate registration and will be entitled to the following conference activities, if registered and paid for:

  • Admission to opening dinner on Monday, October 26, 2020, including opening keynote and tradeshow. (USD 150)
  • Admission to closing dinner on Thursday, October 29, 2020. (USD 150)

An accompanying person can also choose to sign up for social events and tours at a separate cost.

Business partners, work colleagues, and interpreters are not considered accompanying persons and are not eligible for the accompanying person's registration fee.
