Susan Hunt

Chief Executive Officer - Lotterywest

Susan Hunt commenced as Chief Executive Officer of Lotterywest in July 2017. In 2018 this was increased to include CEO of Healthway.

Lotterywest is a Government owned 'for benefit' lottery with an annual turnover of around $860 million per annum. All lottery profits are returned to the Western Australian community through community grants. Healthway also distributes grants for research and activities to promote a healthy Western Australia.

Previous to Lotterywest, Susan was CEO of the Zoological Parks Authority (2004-2017). During that time she built the organisation’s profile, commercial sustainability and conservation focus.

Susan is a past President of the World Association of Zoos and Aquariums (WAZA) and the Australasian Zoo Association. She is also co- author and editor of the first World Zoo Animal Welfare Strategy.

Susan has been in leadership roles on other local and global boards, including as Trustee of the International Species Information System, Board member of VenuesWest and the Perth International Arts Festival.

Susan is a Fellow of the Australian and New Zealand School of Government and in 2017 was made an Australian Fellow of the Institute of Public Administration. She is an awardee of a Public Service Medal for her service to the public sector. This is Australia’s highest recognition for those in public service.

Dimitrios Kakos

Group Lotteries & Digital Transformation Director, INTRALOT

Dimitrios Kakos is Group Lotteries & Digital Transformation Director at INTRALOT, responsible to design and execute digital transformation strategy to boost business outcome through customer centric innovation, continuous optimization, increased commercialization benefits from technology and contextual solution match. He has 15 years of experience on interactive gaming solutions for lotteries and regulated gaming operations, designing complex multi-vertical and cross-channel digital customer experiences.

Dimitrios Kakos holds a Diploma in Management studies (DMS) and Master in Business Administration (MBA) from Kingston University.

James C. Kennedy

Group Chief Executive of Lottery - Scientific Games

James Kennedy serves as Executive Vice President, Group Chief Executive of Lottery. He leads the strategy, direction and growth plans for the Company’s lottery business worldwide. Prior to this role, Mr. Kennedy served as President, Printed Products and Chief Marketing Officer.

Since joining Scientific Games in 1985, Mr. Kennedy has worked closely with customers around the world to develop hundreds of successful lottery programs for responsible, sustainable growth. Under his leadership, Scientific Games’ lottery customers experienced the most significant growth in global instant products and related services. During Mr. Kennedy’s tenure at Scientific Games, he also served as Vice President of U.S. Sales and President of SGI Retail Solutions.

Antonios J. Kerastaris


Mr. Antonios Kerastaris is the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Member of the Board of Directors of INTRALOT Group, a leading multinational gaming solutions provider and licensed operator. He assumed this role in 2014 after serving as the Group’s Chief Financial Officer. As INTRALOT’s Chief Executive he works with the board, management teams, and company partners around the world to design and implement strategic goals, key investments, and operational models that align with technological and consumer trends as well as operational best-practices of the modern era across markets.

Previously he has served as Chief Executive of hellas online, a main telephony and internet provider in Greece and member of the INTRACOM Group of Companies. In his 23 years of work experience he has held numerous senior financial executive positions in the areas of telephony, hospitality, retail, and automotive industries such as Procter & Gamble, Hilton, Mercedes and OTE Group of Companies.

Mr. Kerastaris holds a degree in Business Management from the Athens University of Economics and Business. He is married and father of two children.

Wendy Montgomery

Senior Vice President, Global Lottery Marketing - IGT

Wendy Montgomery brings 13 years of lottery-customer experience from Ontario Lottery and Gaming (OLG), where she was SVP Lottery and iGaming, with significant experience developing game and technology solutions to deliver lottery innovation for players and retailers. She draws on a career spanning four continents and 30 years of marketing high-profile brands, from consumer-packaged goods to media, entertainment, and gaming.

Stéphane Pallez

President & Chief Executive Officer - FDJ

Stéphane Pallez is a graduate of the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris and the Ecole Nationale d’Administration (ENA). She began her career at the French Treasury Department and was Deputy Director at the board of the World Bank in Washington between 1988 and 1991. She was then appointed Advisor on industrial affairs to the Minister of Economy and Finance until 1993.

Stéphane held different positions in the French Treasury including Insurance Supervision and Regulation and monitoring of State-owned companies. From 2000 to 2004, she was Head of European and International Affairs. In 2004, she joined France Telecom-Orange as Deputy CFO. In July 2011, she became President and CEO of Caisse Centrale de Réassurance.

She was appointed President-Director General of Française des Jeux in 2014. In 2015, she launched a new strategic plan focused on digital transformation with a view to recruiting 1 million new players by 2020. This “FDJ 2020” plan aims at accelerating digitization of FDJ offer and physical network, developing breakthrough and open innovation, and strengthening sports betting and international activities while maintaining FDJ strong and historic commitment on responsible gaming.

Stéphane is currently 1nd Vice-President of the EL Executive Committee, Chair of the EL Public Affairs Committee and EL representative at WLA Executive Committee.

Stéphane is also member of the Board of several French leading companies.

Pall Palsson

Director of Product Management, Marketing and Communication - NOVOMATIC Lottery Solutions

Pall is NLS’ Director of Product Management, Marketing and Communication. In this capacity, he is responsible for the creation and execution of NLS’ product, marketing and communication strategies. Pall joined NLS in November 2010 and has held a variety of roles within the company focused on product management and marketing. Pall has overseen NLS’ lottery strategy since 2012 including NLS’ transformation from a supplier of internet only lottery products to NLS´ current offering of a true Omni-Channel solution for lotteries. Prior to joining NLS, Pall was a Senior Producer in the video games industry, an industry he joined as a quality assurance specialist eight years earlier. Pall enjoys presenting, telling stories and good food in even better company.

May Scheve Reardon

Executive Director - Missouri Lottery

May Scheve Reardon has served as the executive director of the Missouri Lottery since December 2009. As the first woman to hold this position, Reardon brings extensive leadership experience from the financial, nonprofit and government sectors, including serving 12 years as a Missouri state representative.

Reardon previously worked as an assistant vice president at Regions Morgan Keegan, a private wealth management firm in St. Louis, and she was also director of development at the Richard A. Gephardt Institute for Public Service at Washington University in St. Louis. In addition, Reardon taught political science and communications at Webster University from 2005 to 2009.

Reardon holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from Saint Louis University and a master’s degree in communications from Webster University. She currently serves as board president of the Multi-State Lottery Association (MUSL) and has served on its product development committee. She has also previously served as president of the executive board of the North American Association of State and Provincial Lotteries (NASPL) and currently serves as its government relations chair, as well as sitting on the vendor relations and business development committees.

Reardon currently lives in St. Louis with her husband, Tim. They have three children in college.

Paul Riley

Vice President, Innovation & Lottery Transformation - IGT

Paul leads the Innovation & Lottery Transformation group within IGT Global Lottery Marketing and is responsible for strategic innovation within the lottery arena. Paul has been at IGT for over 27 years in a variety of product development and product marketing roles. He led the team that developed the Isys lottery Terminal and the first version of the Altura family of Terminals. He led the development team for the ProSys V8 system, which formed the nucleus of IGT’s Enterprise Series lottery central and back office systems. For three years, Paul worked in our Commercial Services division, expanding our offerings in Latin America and Europe. Paul also spearheaded IGT’s lottery interactive rollout in the United States starting with Illinois in 2012. Paul has spoken at numerous global lottery industry conferences and tradeshow forums on a variety of topics related to the current and future direction of the lottery industry.

Paul attended Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology and received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering.

Seah Chin Siong


Mr Seah Chin Siong is Chief Executive Officer of Singapore Pools (Private) Limited, a subsidiary of Singapore Totalisator Board, a statutory board under the Ministry of Finance. Singapore Pools was incorporated by the Singapore Government to provide a legal avenue for lotteries and sports betting. Operation surpluses are channelled towards worthy causes that serve the needs of the community.

Prior to joining Singapore Pools on 1 October 2012, he was Founding Chief Executive Officer of IDA International, Managing Director of Accenture’s Public Service Operating Group for Asia-Pacific and Country Managing Director of Accenture Singapore.

Mr Seah is presently Co-Chair (Industry) of the Responsible Gambling Forum for its third term. He is also a member of the Executive Committee of Asia Pacific Lottery Association. He also serves on the board of iShine Cloud Limited and National Volunteer and Philanthropy Centre (NVPC). He chairs NVPC Digital Committee and is a member of the Executive Committee and Finance Committee.

Mr Seah had served on many boards and committees including Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore, Singapore Discovery Centre, Institute of Systems Science, Singapore Infocomm Technology Federation, Workforce Development Authority of Singapore and Finance IT Committee of Sentosa Development Corporation. Mr Seah was President of the Global Lottery Monitoring System.
