This is the most complete city tour of Buenos Aires. It will allow you to visit Recoleta, Palermo Woods, Downtown area, San Telmo, La Boca and Puerto Madero.

The Highlights Teatro Colón, The Obelisk, Plaza de Mayo square and Caminito are part of our great Buenos Aires sightseeing tour.

Visiting the city on our tour is the best thing you can do to get to see the highlights and after that you can decide to go again to the places you liked the most.

Our city bus in Buenos Aires stops in Plaza de Mayo and in Caminito La Boca.

Overview:

We begin our Buenos Aires city tour by picking up at the hotel. From there we'll take you on a journey through this unique city, full of passion, history, culture and magic.

We will start our tour through one of the main avenues: the 9th of July Avenue, where we'll see the Teatro Colón and the Obelisk. Afterwards we will visit the Plaza de Mayo, where we will do our first stop, There was the historical, political and foundational epicenter of the city. We will be able to take photos of the Metropolitan Cathedral, the Government House, the Cabildo.

The city tour continues south through the old neighborhood of San Telmo, passing through Parque Lezama.

We'll continue even further south to reach the neighborhood of La Boca, where we have our second stop. Famous for the stadium of Boca Juniors, one of the greatest exponents of the Argentinian passion: Football; and also important for Caminito, one of the biggest tourist attractions, full of color, magic and history.

After the break we move to Puerto Madero, which is one of the newest, most exclusive and most modern neighborhoods in Buenos Aires with its main areas of Retiro and Plaza San Martin. We'll move on to Palermo, which is Buenos Aires main green area.

The last neighborhood we'll visit is the exclusive and sophisticated neighborhood of La Recoleta.

Morning departure from your hotel. Ride on a comfortable coach along the Rio de la Plata to the charming northern suburb of San Isidro, home to an impressive cathedral and mansions built by the city’s old aristocratic families. Continue on to Tigre, where you’ll embark on a 40-minute delta cruise. Float past stilted homes and learn how delta-dwellers access goods and services through a network of floating markets. See landmarks that line the waterways in the relaxed town of Tigre, including Sarmiento’s historic home and museum, home to the former president of Argentina, famous for its educational programs and eagerness to travel the world.

The official WLS 2018 opening gala will be held at La Rural one of the leading fair grounds and congress centers in all of Latin America, receiving more than four million guests for around 300 events yearly. The dinner will take place in the Equine Pavilion 8 (Pabellón Equinos) where delegates will be treated to an authentic and informal gaucho evening.

Marking the end of a memorable convention, the WLS 2018 closing dinner will take place in La Rural’s Ocre Pavillion. With its 135-year history of equestrian shows and cultural fairs, La Rural is the appropriate venue to leave delegates with a lasting impression of Buenos Aires. The spacious Ocre Pavillion will be elegantly decorated for the occasion, while dazzling and distinctly Argentinian entertainment will accentuate a splendid dinner.

*Please note, as the grounds where the closing dinner will be held are somewhat uneven, attendees are advised against wearing high heels.
